The products were made so that we were able to check each step of the manufacturing process which gave us a peace of mind to know that the products were being made correctly. Villa, our contact, has also made sure that all products and units were up to standard and has also helped us to ensure that if something was not done correctly, that it was fixed. They have our best interests in mind and they are very transparent on the whole manufacturing process. When we had to order samples, this supplier also made sure to give us the other parts of our product as a sample even thought it was not ordered. This helped us to compare the quality and they helped to guide us properly.
